Physics 141 Laboratories.

Students enrolled in Physics 141 will need to conduct 5 laboratories. The purpose of the laboratories is outlined in a document that can be viewed by clicking here.

The laboratories are offered on the following dates:

  • Laboratory 1, Measuring g, September 9, 2024(B&L 407).
  • Laboratory 2, Developing and Comparing Scientific Theories, September 23, 2024 (B&L 407).
  • Laboratory 3, Collisions and Collision Impuse, October 7, 2024 (B&L 407).
  • Laboratory 4, Spring constants, October 28, 2024 (B&L 407)
  • Laboratory 5, Can Collisions, November 11, 2024 (Spurrier Gym) and November 25, 2024 (B&L 407).

For each laboratory, students are expected to write a laboratory report, which is due one week after the experiment was conducted. Resource that may be usefull when starting to write laboratory reports can be accesses via the following links:
