Important concepts in Physics can be explored using this method, without the need for sophisticated algebra.
Care should be taken in the use of simulations. The hands-on approach is very much more effective than the simulated approach.
The inquiry-based approach to teach science to non-scientists makes a high demand on the staff:
- 1 Faculty/Staff per 3 - 4 students is optimal.
- Avoid the cook-book approach.
