On Thursday September 30, the last components of the PHOBOS time-of-flight wall left the Nuclear Science Research Laboratory of the University of Rochester. The pictures shown here show Robert Pak and Ray Teng loading the last truck with time-of-flight equipment destined for Brookhaven National Laboratory. This is a true milestone for the Rochester-based PHOBOS effort. Any remaining components are small enough top be transported via air. Installation of the time-of-flight wall at RHIC will take place during the month of October.
