The Answer Series Question Type expects a Response in which the Answers are arranged in a predetermined order.
Begin by entering the Question in the Q box. Note that the text you type is mirrored in the Name field.
Indicate your Choices Type. Then indicate the number of Response Choices for this Question.
Enter each of the Answer Series Responses.
Enter the Answer Series string in the Answer field.
