Homework:

Homework will be assigned each Wednesday. The homework is due the
following Wednesday at 8.30 am (to be dropped of in the PHYSICS 217
mailbox).

Final Grade:

The final grade will be the weighted average of:
1. Final exam (35 %) 2. Midterm Exams (20 % each, 40 % total) 3. Homework (25 %) Note: Grades will not be curved. |

You can bring one cheat sheet to the midterm exams and the
final exam. This sheet can not be larger than letter size and both sides can be
used. Using more than one sheet and/or using a larger size paper will be
regarded as an act of academic dishonesty and will be reported to the
Dean’s office.
